An apple-cider-vinegar shrub spiked with fresh ginger, over ice with soda. Autumnal, warming, and bracing without any heat from alcohol.

Directions
Add apple-ginger shrub to an ice-filled tall glass. Top with cold soda and stir. Garnish with an apple fan and candied ginger.
Notes
Apple cider vinegar is the easiest shrub base to source. The ginger gives it the bite that reads as 'cocktail' rather than 'juice.'
