Bacardi Cocktail

A Daiquiri's rosier sibling — light rum, lime, and grenadine. So tied to the brand that a 1936 court ruling required it be made with Bacardi specifically.

Ingredients

• White Rum2 ounces
• Fresh Lime Juice¾ ounce
• Grenadine½ ounce

Directions

Shake light rum, lime juice, and grenadine with ice. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.

Notes

A pre-Prohibition Cuban classic. The grenadine is a small accent that tints it pink and rounds the lime.
