Bloody Mary

- Vodka2 ounces
- Tomato Juice4 ounces
- Fresh Lemon Juice½ ounce
- Worcestershire Sauce2 dashes
- Tabasco3 dashes
- Salt & Pepper1 pinch
- Celery Stalk1 each
- Lemon Wedge1 each
Directions
Rim a highball glass with celery salt. Build over ice: vodka, tomato juice, lemon, Worcestershire, hot sauce, pinch of salt and pepper. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a celery stalk, lemon wedge, and pickle spear.
Notes
Real tomato juice (not V8), fresh lemon, Worcestershire, hot sauce. Celery salt around the rim is traditional.
