Bramble

Ingredients

  • London Dry Gin2 ounces
  • Fresh Lemon Juice¾ ounce
  • Simple Syrup½ ounce
  • Crème de Mûre (drizzle)½ ounce
  • Fresh Blackberries2 each
  • Lemon Wheel1 each

Directions

Combine gin, lemon, and syrup in a rocks glass. Fill with crushed ice. Stir briefly. Drizzle crème de mûre over the top. Garnish with blackberries and a lemon wheel.

Notes

Crème de mûre (blackberry liqueur) is drizzled so it streaks through the crushed ice.
