Ingredients
- Cognac VS1 ounce
- Brown Crème de Cacao1 ounce
- Heavy Cream1 ounce
- Freshly Grated Nutmeg1 pinch
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
Notes
Made famous as John Lennon's regular drink during his Lost Weekend. Quality cognac is wasted; VS works fine.
