Brandy Crusta

- Cognac VSOP2 ounces
- Orange Curaçao½ ounce
- Fresh Lemon Juice½ ounce
- Maraschino Liqueur1 bar spoon
- Angostura Bitters2 dashes
- Lemon Peel (long spiral)1 each
- Sugar (rim)1 pinch
Directions
Rim a small wine glass with sugar. Line the inside with a long spiral of lemon peel. Combine all liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain into the prepared glass.
Notes
The crusta is the namesake — sugar-coated rim and a near-continuous spiral of lemon peel lining the glass.
