- Dark Rum2 ounces
- Water1 ounce
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Freshly Grated Nutmeg1 pinch
Directions
Combine rum, water, and sugar in a rocks glass. Stir to dissolve. Add ice if desired (historically not used). Grate fresh nutmeg over the top.
Notes
Dark or aged rum. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top — pre-ground is wrong.
