Ingredients

  • Aged Rum2 ounces
  • Velvet Falernum½ ounce
  • Green Chartreuse¼ ounce
  • Allspice Dram¼ ounce
  • Fresh Pineapple Juice¾ ounce
  • Fresh Lime Juice½ ounce
  • Angostura Bitters1 dash
  • Pineapple Frond1 each

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a pineapple frond.

Notes

A modern tiki-craft hybrid. Layered, complex, surprisingly balanced for so many ingredients.
