Blackstrap rum, falernum, lime, Angostura. Barbados's national drink. The 'oil' is the floated bitters pooling on top.

- Blackstrap Rum2 ounces
- Velvet Falernum½ ounce
- Fresh Lime Juice½ ounce
- Angostura Bitters (float)4 dashes
Directions
Combine rum, falernum, and lime in a rocks glass with crushed ice. Stir to chill. Float Angostura across the top.
Notes
Cruzan Blackstrap or Hamilton Demerara 86. Falernum is the secret — clove, almond, ginger, lime zest.
