Dark and Stormy

Dark rum (specifically Gosling's Black Seal) floated over ginger beer. Bermuda's national drink. One of the few cocktails with a trademarked recipe.

Ingredients

• Gosling's Black Seal Rum2 ounces
• Ginger Beer4 ounces
• Lime Wedge1 each

Directions

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add ginger beer. Squeeze a wedge of lime and drop it in. Float the dark rum on top by pouring slowly over the back of a bar spoon. Do not stir.

Notes

Gosling's owns the trademark on 'Dark 'n Stormy.' Any quality dark or black rum works in practice.
