Ingredients
- Blanco Tequila1 ounce
- Jägermeister1 ounce
- Yellow Chartreuse1 ounce
- Whole Egg1 each
- Angostura Bitters (garnish)2 dashes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Dry-shake 15 seconds. Add ice and shake 15 more. Double-strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a few drops of bitters across the foam.
Notes
Jäger and Chartreuse herbal profiles meet through the tequila. Whole egg is the binder.
