Directions
Shake cognac, calvados, Cointreau, and lemon juice with ice. Double-strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Notes
A Prohibition-era riff on the Sidecar from the Savoy/French canon. The calvados adds an apple backbone to the brandy base.
