Calvados, Swedish Punsch, grapefruit. The Savoy Cocktail Book, 1922. Named for the chief of the Igorot people of the Philippines.

Ingredients

  • Calvados1½ ounces
  • Swedish Punsch¾ ounce
  • Fresh Grapefruit Juice¾ ounce

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.

Notes

Swedish Punsch is hard to find — Kronan is the main producer. Substitute a rum-arrack blend if necessary.
