Ingredients

  • Blanco Tequila2 ounces
  • Crème de Cassis½ ounce
  • Fresh Lime Juice½ ounce
  • Ginger Beer4 ounces
  • Lime Wedge1 each

Directions

Add tequila, crème de cassis, and lime juice to a highball glass. Fill with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Notes

Quality crème de cassis (Mathilde Cassis). Real ginger beer.
