Ingredients
- Light Rum1½ ounces
- Dry Vermouth Blanc1½ ounces
- Orange Curaçao½ ounce
- Grenadine1 bar spoon
- Orange Peel1 each
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Express an orange peel over and drop it in.
Notes
Quality light rum (Bacardi 4 or Plantation 3 Stars). Named for the Cuban President Gerardo Machado.
