Ingredients

  • London Dry Gin2 ounces
  • Fresh Lime Juice¾ ounce
  • Green Crème de Menthe¼ ounce
  • Angostura Bitters2 dashes

Directions

Shake gin, lime juice, crème de menthe, and bitters with ice. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.

Notes

A Savoy-era classic. The crème de menthe is a small accent — a quarter ounce, not a pour.
