Garibaldi

Campari and freshly-juiced orange. Two ingredients. The secret is fluffy orange juice — high-shear juiced so it's almost foam.

Ingredients

• Campari1½ ounces
• Fluffy Orange Juice4 ounces
• Orange Slice1 each

Directions

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add Campari. Slowly top with freshly fluffy-juiced orange. Do not stir. Garnish with an orange slice.

Notes

Named for Giuseppe Garibaldi, who united Italy. The fluffy texture is the entire point — juice the orange in a Breville or similar, not a hand juicer.
