- London Dry Gin2½ ounces
- Dry Vermouth½ ounce
- Pickled Cocktail Onion1 each
Directions
Add base spirit and dry vermouth to a mixing glass with plenty of ice. Stir 30-40 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a pickled cocktail onion.
Notes
Quality pickled onion (Tillen Farms) — not the slimy bar versions.
