Gin-Gin Mule

A Moscow Mule and a Mojito spliced together over gin — muddled mint, lime, simple, and a long pour of ginger beer. The drink that bridged classic technique and the casual highball.

Ingredients

  • London Dry Gin1¾ ounces
  • Fresh Lime Juice¾ ounce
  • Simple Syrup½ ounce
  • Ginger Beer1 ounce
  • Mint Leaves6 each
  • Mint Sprig1 each
  • Candied Ginger1 each

Directions

Muddle mint with lime juice and simple syrup in a shaker. Add gin and ginger beer base, shake briefly, and pour into an ice-filled tall glass. Top with more ginger beer. Garnish with a mint sprig and candied ginger.
