Ingredients
- London Dry Gin1½ ounces
- Sweet Vermouth1½ ounces
- Fernet-Branca2 dashes
- Orange Peel1 each
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an orange peel.
Notes
Coleman invented it for the actor Charles Hawtrey, who said 'By Jove! That's the real hanky-panky!' Fernet is the load-bearing ingredient.
