Ingredients

  • Light Rum2 ounces
  • Apricot Liqueur½ ounce
  • Fresh Pineapple Juice1 ounce
  • Fresh Lime Juice½ ounce

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.

Notes

Quality apricot liqueur (Rothman & Winter Orchard, Marie Brizard Apry).
