Ingredients

  • Irish Whiskey1½ ounces
  • Hot Coffee4 ounces
  • Brown Sugar2 teaspoons
  • Lightly Whipped Cream1 ounce

Directions

Pour hot coffee into a warmed glass mug. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Add Irish whiskey. Float lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon so it sits on top.

Notes

Cream should be lightly whipped — pourable, but holds shape on top. Don't stir after adding the cream — drink the coffee through it.
