- Rye Whiskey2 ounces
- Sweet Vermouth¾ ounce
- Amer Picon (or substitute)¼ ounce
- Orange Bitters2 dashes
- Orange Twist1 each
Directions
Stir rye, sweet vermouth, amer, and orange bitters with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
Notes
A pre-Prohibition cocktail in the Brooklyn/Manhattan family. Amer Picon is hard to source; a modern Picon-style amer or Amaro CioCiaro substitutes.
