A house lime cordial built rickey-style with fresh lime and soda. The cordial gives depth and a rounded sweetness that a flat lime soda never could.

Directions
Add lime cordial and fresh lime juice to an ice-filled tall glass. Top with cold soda and stir. Garnish with a lime wheel.

A real lime cordial — lime juice and peels cooked with sugar and a little citric acid, in the spirit of the 1867 Rose's original — is the technique that elevates this past a fizzy limeade.
