Ingredients
- Rye Whiskey2 ounces
- Sweet Vermouth¾ ounce
- Cynar½ ounce
- Brandied Cherry1 each
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
Notes
The structure is Manhattan-with-Cynar in place of bitters. Bitter, earthy, complex.
