Lychee Lotus
A smoky, floral mezcal cooler.
Ingredients
- Fosforo Estamble Mezcal1½ ounces
- Soho Lychee Liqueur¾ ounce
- Suze½ ounce
- Fresh lime juice¾ ounce
- Soda water1½ ounces
- Grapefruit twist1 each
Directions
Shake the mezcal, lychee, Suze, and lime with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Top with soda. Express a grapefruit twist over the top and drop it in.
