Lychee Lotus

A smoky, floral mezcal cooler.

  • Fosforo Estamble Mezcal1½ ounces
  • Soho Lychee Liqueur¾ ounce
  • Suze½ ounce
  • Fresh lime juice¾ ounce
  • Soda water1½ ounces
  • Grapefruit twist1 each

Shake the mezcal, lychee, Suze, and lime with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Top with soda. Express a grapefruit twist over the top and drop it in.
