Mezcal Negroni

Mezcal replaces gin in the Negroni equation. Modern, smoky, just as bitter.

Ingredients

• Mezcal Espadín1 ounce
• Campari1 ounce
• Sweet Vermouth1 ounce
• Orange Peel1 each

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain over a large ice cube. Express an orange peel over and drop it in.

Notes

Quality espadín. The Campari needs to stand up to the smoke.
