- Mezcal Espadín¾ ounce
- Yellow Chartreuse¾ ounce
- Aperol¾ ounce
- Fresh Lime Juice¾ ounce
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
Notes
Yellow Chartreuse, not green. Quality espadín mezcal (Vida). Equal parts is non-negotiable.
