Painkiller

Dark rum, pineapple, orange, coconut. Pusser's Rum trademark. Originally from the Soggy Dollar Bar in the British Virgin Islands, 1970s.

Ingredients

• Pusser's Rum2 ounces
• Fresh Pineapple Juice4 ounces
• Fresh Orange Juice1 ounce
• Cream of Coconut1 ounce
• Freshly Grated Nutmeg1 pinch
• Orange Slice1 each

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice. Shake briefly. Pour unstrained into a tiki mug. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and an orange slice.

Notes

Pusser's owns the trademark. Cream of coconut (Coco López) is the right form — not coconut milk.
