- Aperol¾ ounce
- Amaro Nonino¾ ounce
- Fresh Lemon Juice¾ ounce
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
Notes
Amaro Nonino is what makes this — substituting cheaper amari throws the balance.
