- Bourbon Whiskey2 ounces
- Coffee Liqueur½ ounce
- Orange Bitters2 dashes
- Orange Peel1 each
Directions
Stir bourbon, coffee liqueur, and orange bitters with ice until cold. Strain into a chilled coupe. Flame an orange peel over the surface and drop it in.
Notes
Created around 2004 by Jon Santer in San Francisco. The flamed orange peel over the top is part of the drink, not decoration.
