Ingredients
- Mezcal2 ounces
- Fresh lime juice¾ ounce
- Thyme syrup¾ ounce
- Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur½ ounce
- Angostura bitters2 dashes
- Thyme sprig0 each
Directions
Combine mezcal, lime juice, thyme syrup, and Ancho Reyes in a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 15 seconds until well chilled. Double strain into a coupe or rocks glass. Dot top with Angostura bitters and garnish with a thyme sprig.
