Smoke & Fire

Smoky, herbal, and gently spiced. A perfect match for bold food.

  • Mezcal2 ounces
  • Fresh lime juice¾ ounce
  • Thyme syrup¾ ounce
  • Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur½ ounce
  • Angostura bitters2 dashes
  • Thyme sprig0 each

Combine mezcal, lime juice, thyme syrup, and Ancho Reyes in a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 15 seconds until well chilled. Double strain into a coupe or rocks glass. Dot top with Angostura bitters and garnish with a thyme sprig.
