Ingredients
- Mezcal Espadín2 ounces
- Cointreau1 ounce
- Fresh Lime Juice¾ ounce
- Agave Syrup¼ ounce
- Lime Wheel1 each
- Kosher Salt (rim) (optional)1 pinch
Directions
Rim half a rocks glass with salt. Combine mezcal, Cointreau, lime, and agave in a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Notes
Quality espadín. Salt rim optional but traditional.
