Bourbon, lemon, lime, maple syrup, ginger. Modern American craft. The fall version of a whiskey sour.

Ingredients

  • Bourbon Whiskey2 ounces
  • Fresh Lemon Juice½ ounce
  • Fresh Lime Juice¼ ounce
  • Maple Syrup½ ounce
  • Fresh Ginger Juice¼ ounce

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.

Notes

Use Grade B maple syrup for depth. Fresh ginger juice — not powder, not extract.
