Ingredients
- Angostura Bitters1½ ounces
- Orgeat1 ounce
- Fresh Lemon Juice¾ ounce
- Rye Whiskey½ ounce
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
Notes
Yes, the bitters are the base spirit. Orgeat and rye balance the intensity. A master-class drink because of how aggressively it breaks the rules.
