Ingredients

  • London Dry Gin1½ ounces
  • Suze1 ounce
  • Lillet Blanc1 ounce
  • Lemon Peel1 each

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain over a large ice cube. Express a lemon peel over and drop it in.

Notes

Suze is gentian-based. Bitter in a completely different way from Campari — earthier, more vegetal. Don't substitute.
