Aged rum, Galliano, Cointreau, lime. 1960s tropical classic. Sunny, complex from the Galliano's vanilla-anise notes.

Ingredients

  • Aged Rum1½ ounces
  • Galliano½ ounce
  • Cointreau½ ounce
  • Fresh Lime Juice¾ ounce

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.

Notes

Galliano L'Autentico (the original yellow herbal liqueur). Quality aged rum.
